When you read this stuff it really inspires you about the merits of the collegiate system…. I mean these folks have really inspiring visions that are going to change campus life FOREVER and really make a difference in peoples lives that no other set of college chairs did before.
I mean when you see the inspiring visions these college chairs have, which will ultimately be realised at a YUSU level (when one of them runs for sabbatical office) its no wonder why the NUS see York as a force to be reckoned with considering the real issues the collegiate system forces our campus politicians to tackle.
I mean I can’t wait for Alcuin to release their college mascot, or even for Derwent to launch its ‘exciting’ freshers week… I mean those freshers weeks where everyone sat inside reading and doing nothing were such a drag….
It’s all such inspiring stuff, I wouldn’t be surprised if they couldn’t quite deliver on their promises as their ideas are so radical and groundbreaking.
